Process

How it works: from brief to final files

Working with Limeboom takes four steps: choose a plan, send a short brief, approve a written creative direction, then review and download your files. You can do all of it without a meeting, and reach us on WhatsApp, email or phone whenever you want to talk.

  1. Step 1

    Choose a plan

    Pick the Pilot Sprint or a monthly plan and send us a message. You'll receive an invoice and payment link, then your brief form after payment.

  2. Step 2

    Send your brief

    A ten-minute form. Upload your product photos, add your store link, choose your channels and share a few brands or images you like and anything to avoid.

  3. Step 3

    Approve the direction

    Within one business day you receive a written creative direction and a mood board: the setting, light, mood, angles and formats we'll produce. Nothing is produced until you approve it.

  4. Step 4

    Review and download

    First drafts arrive on a shared review link. Leave comments directly on each image. Each asset includes two revision rounds. Final files are delivered in every size, named and organized for upload.

What you receive

JPG and PNG in every requested size · MP4 for videos with cover frames · layered source files where applicable · a short usage note per batch.

You never need to book a meeting to start, but you can always ask for one.
