Limeboom is an AI-powered creative studio led by a senior art director. This page explains how AI is used in our work, what stays human, and what that means for your files and your rights.
Where we use AI
We use AI image and video tools to explore scenes, generate variations, extend backgrounds, create motion and speed up production. Current tools may include [LIST TOOLS, e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway]; we choose tools per project and may change them over time.
What stays human
Every creative decision is made by a person: the written direction, which images to keep, what to discard, how the product must look, retouching and the final review. No Deliverable reaches you without being checked by our art director for product accuracy and brand fit.
Your files
- We use your product photos and brand materials only to produce your work.
- [CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING] Where a tool offers a setting to exclude uploaded content from model training, we use it. We do not knowingly allow your files to be used to train third-party models.
- We delete project files as described in our Privacy Policy, or sooner on request.
Product accuracy
AI can change details: label text, proportions, materials or colors. We compare every image with your original photo and correct these by hand. If a product can't be reproduced accurately, we tell you and recommend a real photo shoot for that item.
People, brands and likeness
We don't create images of real, identifiable people (including celebrities) without documented permission, and we don't imitate other brands' trademarks, packaging or distinctive artwork. Any people shown in our AI-assisted images are synthetic unless you provide permitted photos.
Rights and copyright
You receive commercial usage rights to final Deliverables as set out in our Terms. Copyright protection for AI-assisted works differs by country, and works generated mainly by AI may have limited or no copyright protection in some jurisdictions. This means similar images could be created by others, and we cannot guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated elements. Human-made parts of our work, such as compositing, retouching, typography and layout, add to the protection a work may have.
Labeling
Some platforms and regions require or encourage labeling AI-generated or AI-edited content. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms where you publish. We can tell you which Deliverables used AI generation and how.
